What qualifications do you hold?
We hold City and Guilds Level 3 in Energy Awareness and are affiliate members of the National Energy Action (NEA). We also maintain current knowledge of MCS standards, BUS grant requirements, and building regulations Part L.
How are you independent?
We have no financial relationships with any energy supplier, installer, or product manufacturer. We do not receive referral fees or commissions. Our only income comes from our assessment fees and EconotionAI subscriptions.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover the South West of England and South Wales, including Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Newport, and surrounding areas. Remote EconotionAI consultations are available nationwide.
What is NEA affiliation?
The National Energy Action is the national fuel poverty charity. Our affiliation demonstrates our commitment to making energy advice accessible to all homeowners, regardless of income. We follow NEA best practice guidelines in all our assessments.
