How we handle your data

1. Who We Are

Econotion is a trading name. We provide independent home energy advice and the EconotionAI energy management platform. Our registered address is available on request. Contact: hello@econotion.co.uk.

2. Data We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, and property address when you book an assessment. If you use EconotionAI, we also collect smart meter data, energy consumption data, and device usage patterns. We collect this data to provide our services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver energy assessments, generate reports, operate the EconotionAI platform, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with energy suppliers or installers without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on UK-based servers. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@econotion.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Collaboration 

SharePoint provides a centralised platform where teams can easily share documents, manage projects, and communicate in real time. Its integration with common workplace tools like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive makes it seamless to co-author files, track changes, and maintain strict version control. 

No Recurring Product Cost 

SharePoint is included in most Microsoft 365 business licensing plans. Meaning your business can leverage its full suite of features without needing to purchase separate software or pay additional subscription fees—making it a more cost-effective solution for businesses already using Microsoft 365.

Automation

SharePoint can utilise automation through Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot, to allow users to create workflows that streamline repetitive tasks like document approvals, notifications, and data collection. Helping teams save time, reduce errors, and improve consistency across processes. 

Security and Compliance

SharePoint maintains security and compliance through robust access controls, data encryption, and Microsoft Purview. With features including MFA, audit logs, DLP, retention policies, and more we ensure that sensitive information is protected and regulatory requirements are met.

Our Process

Discovery

Your journey begins with in-depth Discovery Workshops. During which our experts would be to review your current landscape and work out what your business needs and which features, functionality and pages are required.

Design

The next phase would involve the creation of a set of wireframes of your key site pages. Once approved, these pages would be designed to align your new intranet with your current branding.

Build

Following the design phase, our team will carefully craft and build out the wireframe pages. Consulting during weekly calls to inform you of progress and ensure our build is aligned with your goals.

Once build is completed your users will be trained on how to use your new intranet to its full potential.

 

Go Live

We will consult with your IT team to ensure they are ready and we will be on hand for any potential snags. Throughout the project we will also provide support to your project team so they can prepare your users for what may be a large change in the way they work. We will empower you to excite and engage your users, so the launch of this new platform is well received and as smooth as possible.
